Tara Parsons
Wildflower Fashion Truck was born in 2015, through the creative idea of building out a retired 1982 Frito Lay delivery truck! Our concept was loved in Central Oregon for four years, when Tara Parsons had the opportunity to purchase the business and make it her own.
Since 2019, Tara has worked to expand the reach of both Wildflower's clothing and our business model. We are continuing to build our brand to focus on carefully curated items as well as encouragement for living out your identity in Christ! In this Wildflower Gathering was born. We want all women to know that they have a seat at our table. Together we will walk out life in our identity.

Wow… what a morning of celebration, conviction, blessing, growth, truth, learning, and remembrance with incredible friends. God brought the 6 of us together years ago, bonded us, grew us, then started scattering us. This is the group that defines iron sharpening iron. So thankful🙏🙏🙏

Here we go! First class!
Well… it’s a big day in our house:). The girl has been dropped off at GCU and prayed over, now I’m waiting for my flight to get home in time for my very first Grad school class. It has been exactly 30 years since my last first day of school… God works in the craziest and coolest ways! It’s time for some exciting journeys and I cannot wait to sit on zoom tonight with my fellow cohort women. The encouragement, love, grace, blessing, etc that has been pouring out has been incredible. I feel so blessed to start this journey (and, yes, a bit terrified too)!!
If you had told me 5 years ago that I would be here today, I would not have been able to see how. In the thick of concussion/brain injury recovery I could not have done anything that today has held and will hold. If God can do what He has done in the past 5 years, I sure am here for the next 5!! I know He has incredible things in store and I cannot wait to see!!! So excited!!!

There is something special about every season … spring fills my heart when it comes around. I love seeing everything growing and blooming. It’s such a time of rejuvenation. You can see Gods hand in everything and hear it in all the living creatures. This is our first spring here and I am so grateful for this beautiful property getting to witness nature every day and all the growth that spring brings🥰🥰🥰.
So thankful for quiet mornings outside. Reading my Bible, drinking coffee and listening to the wind blowing through the trees and the squirrels jumping from limb to limb. When it’s so peaceful you just hear Gods creation. ❤️❤️❤️
It’s so easy to feel confident and at peace when life is plugging away smoothly but when the enemy starts to come in hard and 💩 is hitting the fan… then what? How do you stay focused on God, hands open wide in surrender, and trusting with your heart (not just your head) that God has got you and has a plan???
The past week we have seen the enemy try to steal, kill and destroy (I mean, that’s what he does right) and we refuse to have any part in that. He does not play a new card. He plays the same dumb card every time. Do we are shifting our gaze and looking up, spending time on our knees in prayer separately and together, and trusting Gods plan is for us and excited to see what He does with this time!!!
What I know to be true… God is faithful, He provides, He protects, He has a plan, He is for us. It may not be easy but it is always worth it.

Super blessed to spend time with these incredible moms! I have loved every minute of time with them being a “mentor mom” and can’t wait for next year!!! Loads of love to my table 4 ladies.. and all the precious mammas in our group❤️❤️❤️

Baby girl has storage unit loaded, one more class and final, and she will be done with first year at GCU! 94 degrees moving out this morning was a heck of a lot better than the 118 move in! This mom is headed to the pool for some relaxation time before we start the caravan home tomorrow morning!! Proud of this kid and her heart for Jesus!!! Thankful we get a couple of weeks with her in Colorado!

On this snowy morning I picked up this book to start reading with my coffee. Ladies, my friend @jamieklusacek , has outdone herself! Run to Amazon or her website and order this book. She and her husband created the most beautiful coffee table book that you will read over and over! It is meant to have coffee and tear stained pages, notes in the margins, all the details to make it your own❤️. She writes in a way that you feel heard and known. That you feel like she gets you! I’m blessed to know her and have had the opportunity to sit at her table and hear her humble heart for Jesus. 🥰🥰🥰… and there are 2 before it to dive into as well! Plus an amazing book for our teen girls. Thank you @jamieklusacek and @milanklusacek for your hearts for Jesus!!!

Well we have 2 1/2-3 feet of snow. Now we dig out…
Yesterday was 50 degrees and one tiny pile of snow left on our property… this morning is another world! We have about 16 inches and the heaviest still coming. Well weather didn’t cooperate with getting to Golden today for Golden’s in Golden but our Golden completely lived it up in the yard while we cleared snow for 2 hours. It’s still coming down! So beautiful! Though these are the days I do not love living with a long driveway!

Happy new year from Beau! We had a very mellow NYE. It’s a beautiful, chilly day that calls for sweats and puzzles. My rule has always been to take down Christmas before my birthday but not sure that will happen this year. I’m completely enjoying our minimal decorations this year! Not sure what 2024 holds yet. 2023 was full of so much adventure, big change, really challenging experiences, and everything in between! While I might not have a plan and clarity going into 2024, God does and that’s enough. So I’m going to rest in Him on this first day of the new year and anticipate all He has in store!
One thing I love about cruises is the staff. They work so hard to provide incredible service. They were away from their families for the holidays to serve our family. So we love to embrace them and hear about their lives! Jorge was our fav cocktail waiter while Nelia and Tristan took care of us for dinner every night! We will miss them tonight as we are curled up at home!!

We get asked all the time the deal with bbqing a turkey… here ya go! Charcoal and indirect. 23 lb turkey took just under 4 hours. So good! Isn’t dry… Smokey flavor. Just fab!!
